Complimentary Shipping within Australia: We offer free insured standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
International Shipping: We now ship worldwide. Insured international shipping is a flat fee of $60 AUD.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
TAELS JEWELLERY does not bear the cost of extra taxes or duties imposed by customs in the destination country; this falls under the responsibility of the recipient. It's important to note that, in compliance with Australian export regulations, we are obligated to declare the precise value of all items and label the order as dutiable "merchandise." By law, we are not permitted to designate an order as a "gift" for export purposes.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person(s) as a result of a delay caused by our shipping carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control, or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Please choose carefully. As each of our pieces are made to order based on your specifications, we do not give refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.
Returns are only possible if it an item has been damaged or other issues related. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have changed your mind or made an error and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. Please contact us here to do so. We are not able to cancel or change your order after this time as we do everything we can to fulfil orders quickly.
